REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all clients.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered in case of program/workshop cancelled from our side due to inevitable reasons. Should there be any such instances, we will first try our best to reschedule the program to another date before cancellation.
2. Request for Reschedule
If you would like to reschedule the workshop, you may submit reschedule requests via email support@erabraham.com or fill in the contact us form. Include program details and reason for rescheduling. This is allowed only once. After that, it will be considered as a No Show and payment will not be refunded.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable
Any sessions or workshops for which payment is already done in advance, will not be refunded under any circumstance if it is a No Show or cancellation from your side.
