How It Started

Coach Abraham’s foundation in fitness was laid early through school-level cricket, which introduced him to sport-specific training and discipline. His passion for strength training began in Grade 10, where he started amateur weight training, well before fitness became mainstream.
Simply, with their help I achieved my goal of putting on weight, one which I have struggled with for years. With their help I have gained 13kg+ and my strength has more than doubled. They really helped me by giving me the tools to grow, such as diet and training regimes.

Combat Sports Training

During his professional career, he developed a focused commitment to boxing, training under national-level coaches and following a rigorous, disciplined regime to compete at senior-level championships. Teaching and mentoring others remained a constant motivation, leading him to coach students and working professionals alongside his own training.

Social Issues and Need for Self-Protection

However, witnessing growing social issues and safety challenges faced by women, Coach Abraham recognized that boxing alone was insufficient for real-world self-protection. This realization marked a turning point in his journey. He underwent intensive on-ground combat training with Tactical Training Units and instructors who train Special Forces, significantly advancing his unarmed combat, self-defence, and tactical strength capabilities.
